MISSION

The mission of the WCA is to promote and support all Wisconsin chaplains in their professional and spiritual development.

The vision of the WCA is to be a model for world-wide chaplain organizations.

The values which the WCA seeks to promote among its members and as a professional chaplaincy organization are: advocacy, collegiality, commitment, communication, diversity, education, and respect.
